3) CONSIDERATION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CITY OF COVINA\nFOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT LARK ELLEN AND BADILLO STREET -\nPROJECT NO. 23028\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Memorandum of Understanding\n(MOU) with the City of Covina for the construction of Traffic Signal Improvements at the\nIntersection of Lark Ellen and Badillo Street, as part of Traffic Signal Improvements at 10\nIntersections Project, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney ; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any amendments to the MOU.
