7. AWARD OF SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT FOR FUEL\nMODIFICATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a service provider agreement with\nLaguna Canyon Foundation for fuel modification project management services,\ncommencing January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, for an amount not-to-\nexceed $326,800; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to extend the agreement for two additional one-\nyear terms provided services are satisfactory.
