6. Approve the Clean California Maintenance Agreement with the Department of Transportation\nunder the “Clean California Beautification Program of 2021” which identifies specific mission-\ncritical maintenance services to be performed on and around the State right of way within the\nCity’s jurisdictional limits; determine that the projects to be performed under the agreement shall\nbe categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15308 of Title 14\nof the California Code of Regulations; authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially\nchange the terms and conditions of the agreement, as determined by the City Attorney; and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to execute the agreement and to take the necessary\nactions to implement and administer the agreement.
