4. Approve agreements with ALTA Language Services, Inc. and Language Testing International,\nInc., each in an amount not to exceed $350,000, to provide language proficiency testing services\nfor bilingual City employees to demonstrate target language competency, for a three year period,\nwith the option to extend up to two additional years; and authorize the Human Resources\nDirector, or designee, to execute the agreements, renewal options, and related documents and to\ntake the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreements.\n3 February 7, 2023
