13. ORDINANCE NO. (INTRODUCTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM repealing Chapter 15.03 and adding new Chapter 15.03\nto Title 15 of the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to the California Building Standards Codes.\nORDINANCE NO. (INTRODUCTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM repealing existing Chapter 16.08 and adding new\nChapter 16.08 to Title 16 of the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to the California Fire Code.\nDetermine that the proposed ordinances are exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) under Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen\nwith certainty that there is no possibility that adoption of the ordinances may have a significant\neffect on the environment.\nAuthorize the City Clerk to schedule a public hearing regarding said ordinances and to publish\nnotice of said public hearing pursuant to Section 50022.3 of the California Government Code\n(public hearing scheduled for March 7, 2023).
