CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO ENTER SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION\nSERVICE RELATED TO ACCOUNTING STANDARDS GASB 87 AND GASB 96\nTO COMPLETE FISCAL YEAR 2022 AND FISCAL YEAR 2023 AUDITS\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Proposal for a 3-year Software as a Service from DebtBook that\nallows for GASB 87 and GASB 96 reporting; and\n2. Authorize City Manager to execute the agreement.
