CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION\nSERVICES FOR CIP 2019-02 SLAUSON AVE CONGESTION RELIEF PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1.
