Approve amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding and Funding Agreement with\nSan Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, East Valley Water District, and San Bernardino\nMunicipal Water Department for the development of a Salt Mitigation Plan and Feasibility\nStudy (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Harris)\n12.\nApprove the First Amendment to the Agreement with Liftech Elevator Services, Inc. to extend\nthe term of the agreement to three (3) years and amend the total compensation to an amount\nnot-to-exceed $101,407.20 (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)\n13. Approve the use of city resources and the request for in-kind support in the amount of\n$12,374.10 related to the New Year's Eve Orange Drop event hosted by the Redlands\nhttps://destinyhosted.com/print_agenda.cfm?seq=387&reloaded=true&id=73352 4/6\n11/4/23, 4:11 PM Printed Agenda\nChamber of Commerce on December 31, 2023, the sale and consumption of alcoholic\nbeverages for the Redlands Chamber of Commerce's event; and that this item is categorically\nexempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the State’s guidelines\nimplementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Facilities and Community Services\nDirector Crocker)\n14. Approve the request for in-kind support for $3,180 related to the The Artlands Walk event\nhosted by The Artlands Creative to be held on December 9, 2023; approve a request to\ntemporarily close East Vine Street, from Cajon Street to 6th Street, and Civic Center parking\nlot; authorize the request for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event;\nand determine that the approval of the request is exempt from environmental review pursuant\nto Section 15311(c) of the state’s guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality\nAct (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)
