Approve the request for in-kind support for $3,180 related to the The Artlands Walk event\nhosted by The Artlands Creative to be held on December 9, 2023; approve a request to\ntemporarily close East Vine Street, from Cajon Street to 6th Street, and Civic Center parking\nlot; authorize the request for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event;\nand determine that the approval of the request is exempt from environmental review pursuant\nto Section 15311(c) of the state’s guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality\nAct (Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)
