Pressure Reducing Valve at Mojave Drive and Amethyst Road – Notice of\nExemption and Award of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable Water District Board of Directors:\n(1) Open and conduct a Public Hearing to receive testimony regarding the proposed\ncapital improvement project (CIP);\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Approve the Notice of Exemption and authorize staff to file the notice with the\nOffice of Planning and Research and the County Clerk; and\n(4) Award a construction contract to Kirtley Construction, Inc. dba TK Construction,\nin the amount of $365,600, for the Pressure Reducing Valve at Mojave Drive and\nAmethyst Road Project.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
