Proposed Ordinance No. 2445 Amending the Victorville Municipal Code(VMC), with\nan Environmental Exemption, Addressing Unauthorized Camping and Storage of\nPersonal Property in Public Areas\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Conduct the Public Hearing;\n(2) Find Ordinance No. 2445 categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) under CEQA Guidelines 15301(d), “Existing\nFacilities,” and 15308, “Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the\nEnvironment”;\n(3) Introduce Ordinance No. 2445 for adoption and first reading by title only; and\n(4) Waive further reading in full of proposed Ordinance No. 2445
