21. 2024-26 Strategic Planning Ideas and Initiatives Rankings\nRecommendation:\n1. It is recommended that the Town Council engage in a broad\npolicy level discussion inclusive of all items within the Town's subject\nmatter jurisdiction as they relate to strategic planning objectives and\nimplementation measures and may include, but are not limited to\ndiscussion related to infrastructure, community engagement,\ncommunity and economic development, Town administration and fiscal\npolicy, and similar topics as indicated on the attached Ideas and\nInitiatives Ranking Worksheet, and provide input and direction as\ndesired.\n2.
