9. Town Project No.9101 – : Old Town Beautification and Sustainability Project\nPhase 1 Authorization to Purchase a prefabricated restrooms from Public\nRestroom Company\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1) Authorizes staff to purchase and install one (1) prefabricated\nrestroom from Public Restroom Company in the amount of\n$294,409.00, and authorizes the Town Manager or designee to sign all\nnecessary documents to complete the project.\n2) Amend the FY2023-24 Special Revenue Fund Budget by allocations\n$300,000.00 from Capital Project Reserve Fund 800 to the Project No.\n9101 Old Town Beautification.
