Approval of ARPA Funding Contract between the Town and San Bernardino\nCounty\nRecommendation:\n· It is recommended that the Town Council approves the proposed\ncontract between the Town and San Bernardino County related\nto the American Rescue Plan Act, providing $1,600,000.00 in\nCoronavirus Local Relief Fund dollars towards the Town's\nCommunity Center Pickleball project.\n· Authorize the Town Manager to execute the contract and the\nTown's Finance Manager to execute any related supplemental\nfinancial documentation for grant administration and reporting\npurposes throughout the grant performance and monitoring\nperiod.
