Item 101: Authorization to Enter Into the Third Amendment to the Contract with Bode\nCellmark Forensics, Inc. dba Bode Technology for DNA Testing of Sexual Assault\nEvidence Kits.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nCOPS Fund, this action seeks expenditure authority to increase the not-to-exceed amount\nfrom $3,000,000 to $4,000,000 over the five-year term for the DNA Testing of\nSAEKs.
