4.7 APPROVAL OF A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INFINITY\nTECHNOLOGIES FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING\nSERVICES (Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve a proposed Consulting Services Agreement with Infinity\nTechnologies for Information Technology Consulting Services for a\nthree-year initial term with an optional two-year extension in the total\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $390,411; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Consulting Services\nAgreement with Infinity Technologies for Information Technology\nConsulting Services.\nItem No. 4.7
