CLOSED SESSION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of\nGovernment Code section 54957(b) regarding Public Employee Performance\nEvaluation.\nTitle: City Attorney\n2. The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of\nGovernment Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) and (3) to confer with legal counsel with\nregard to one matter of potential exposure to litigation.\n3.The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Government\nCode Section 54956.9 (d)(1) to confer with legal counsel with regard to the following\nmatter of pending litigation:\nJames Bush and Theresa Bush v. Carlos Alberto Aracena, Verio Healthcare, Inc and\nCity of Wildomar; Case No. CVSW2308821
