Authorize the City Manager to execute the following agreements with the\nRiverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC):\nAgreement for the Funding of TUMF and Measure A Regional Arterial\nImprovements with the City of Wildomar for Clinton Keith Road\nWidening Project\nAgreement for the Funding of Measure A Regional Arterial\nImprovements with the City of Wildomar for Bundy Canyon Road\nImprovement Project, Segment 2\nAgreement for the Funding of Measure A Regional Arterial\nImprovements with the City of Wildomar for Bundy Canyon Road\nImprovement Project, Segment 3\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve and execute amendments related to\neach of the three agreements that are non-substantive in nature.\n3. Approve budget appropriations and increases in revenue budgets for Fund 508\nto allocate available grant funds to the three projects as identified in the Fiscal\nImpact and Account Code sections of this staff report.
