Authorize the City Manager to execute a Services Agreement in the amount of\n$300,000 with Architerra, Inc. for landscape architecture and construction\nmanagement services for the Landscape Maintenance District Enhancements\nProject.\n2. Approve a budget appropriation of $335,000 in revenue and expenditures for\nvarious funds as identified in the Fiscal Impact and Account Code sections of this\nstaff report, to allocate maintenance district funds to the Project.
