6. Health & Fitness Assessment Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the procurement of Health and Fitness Assessment services is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with state\nCEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5); and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to (a) award a contract to On Duty Health,\nLLC for Health and Fitness Assessment Services in the amount of $137,449 for\nthe initial one-year term, with four additional one-year renewal options, and (b)\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the final contract with such changes as\nthe City Manager and the City Attorney approve. The City of El Cajon’s portion of\naward is $88,655.
