CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATION FOR VARIOUS REGIONAL\nORGANIZATIONS, COMMITTEES, AND AD HOC SUBCOMMITTEES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Review City Council appointments to various regional organizations and\ncommittees, and consider and make any changes to appointments, as desired;\n(2) Review the list of ad hoc subcommittees, and make adjustments, if needed; and\n(3) Consider adoption of a City Council Policy to provide additional clarification\non the use and formation of ad hoc subcommittees, if deemed necessary.
