CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR A CITYWIDE\nTRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM ASSESSMENT & MASTER PLAN\nCEQA: Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section\n15306.\nRecommended Action:\nAward a professional services agreement with Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc. for a\nCitywide Traffic Signal System Assessment and Master Plan in the amount of $169,190;\napprove a contingency in the amount of $2,810, for a total amount of $172,000; and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the agreement and any future amendments within the City\nManager’s authority.
