Murray Community and\nSenior Center Audio Visual Replacement and Improvements project to GST, Inc. in an\namount not to exceed $322,883.18; and (2) adopt Resolution 23-XX Amending the FY 2023 –\n24 budget adding $137,402.00 from unappropriated restricted General Fund reserves for\ndonations received specifically for use at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior\nCenter.
