APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR EMERGENCY AMBULANCE RESPONSE,\nTRANSPORTATION, PATIENT BILLING, AND RELATED SERVICES WITH\nEMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Hold a public hearing pursuant to Section\n8.44.050 of the Buena Park Municipal Code; 2) Make certain findings and\napprove a two-year agreement with Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc.\n(Emergency) for emergency ambulance transportation, patient billing, and\nrelated services; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make\nany necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 4) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
