3.8 ACCEPTANCE OF THE BOARD OF STATE AND\nCOMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ORGANIZED RETAIL\nTHEFT PREVENTION GRANT\nACTION:\n1) Accept a Board of State and Community Corrections\n(BSCC) Organized Retail Theft (ORT) Grant award in\nthe amount of $5,403,369.\n2) Authorize the Chief of Police to approve and execute,\nand the City Clerk to attest to a grant agreement\nincluding any amendments thereof, associated with the\nORT Prevention Grant Program between the BSCC\nand the City of Irvine.\n3) Approve a budget adjustment appropriating\n$5,403,369, reflecting an increase in revenues and\nappropriations.\n3.8
