27.\nApprove Agreement with TrueLine Construction and Surfacing for Outdoor Sports Court\nResurfacing Citywide in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,790,290 for a Five-Year Term\n(General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nTrueLine Construction and Surfacing, Inc., to provide outdoor sports court resurfacing\ncitywide in the amount of $195,988, with an annual contingency of $162,070, for a total\nagreement amount not to exceed $358,058, for a three-year period beginning February 7,\n2023 to February 6, 2026, with an option for two, one-year extensions, subject non-\nsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No.\n2023-XXX).
