5E. CONSIDERATION OF A LOAN TO JAMBOREE HOUSING (DOING BUSINESS\nAS COMMONWEALTH HOUSING PARTNERS, LP) FOR THE ASCENT PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a loan in the amount of $314,372.80 to\nJamboree Housing (DBA Commonwealth Housing Partners LP) in connection\nwith the Ascent Project located in the City of Buena Park; 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager and City Attorney to finalize the Promissory Note and Deed of\nTrust in substantially the attached form; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager\nto execute the final loan documents on the City’s behalf.
