5A. RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROVAL\nOF A CONTRACT WITH ISSA ELECTRIC, INC. FOR THE KNOTT AVENUE SEWER\nUPSIZING PROJECT FROM LA PALMA AVENUE TO EL DORADO DRIVE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving plans and\nspecifications for the Knott Ave Sewer Upsizing Project from La Palma Ave to\nEl Dorado Dr; 2) Award a contract to ISSA ELECTRIC, INC. in the amount of\n$502,998.89; 3) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of $50,300 in\nthe same purchase order; 4) Authorize construction engineering funds in the\namount of $30,000; and 5) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract; 6) Authorize\nthe City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the contract
