26.\nAmend Agreements with GK & Associates; Interwest Consulting Group, Inc.; Penco, a\nCannon Company; Project Partners, Inc.; and Transtech Engineers, Inc. to Increase the\nAdministrative Support Services (General and Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to the\nagreements with GK & Associates; Interwest Consulting Group, Inc.; Penco, a Cannon\nCompany; Project Partners, Inc.; and Transtech Engineers, Inc. to increase the shared\ncontract amount by $2,500,000, for a total shared aggregate amount not to exceed\n$10,000,000, for Engineering, Technical, and Administrative Support Services for the\nremaining term of the agreement, beginning May 18, 2021, through July 14, 2024 subject\nnon-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No.\n2023-XXX).
