20)\nAgreement for Contractor Services with Alvarez Enterprise Services for\nCitywide Parks Janitorial Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Contractor\nServices with Alvarez Enterprise Services in an amount not to exceed $134,166.12\nper Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years for Citywide Parks Janitorial Services in\nsuch final form approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $13,416.00 for\nunanticipated costs.
