17)\nAgreement with Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. for Environmental Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services\nAgreement for On-Call Services with Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., for Environmental\nServices in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three\n(3) years in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,000.00\nfor unanticipated costs.
