18)\nAgreement with M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating for Citywide\nFacilities Repairs & Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services\nAgreement for On-Call Services with M & M Refrigeration, Air Conditioning &\nHeating for Citywide Facilities Repairs and Services in an amount not to exceed\n$10,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change\norders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,000.00 for unanticipated costs.
