8)\nAward a Public Works Agreement to Edmonson Construction Co. for the Site\nGrading of the New City Hall Project (CIP Project #Z20006)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a public works agreement with\nEdmonson Construction Co. in an amount not to exceed $119,500.00 for the site\ngrading of the new City Hall Project (CIP Project #Z20006) in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change\norders not to exceed a 10% contingency amount of $11,950.00 for construction\nuncertainties and adjustments.
