16)\nLittle Rascals Agreement Amendment No. 1\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the\nagreement/contract with Little Rascals Event Service, LLC in an amount not to\nexceed $60,000/year for three years for event services in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change\norders not exceeding a 10% contingency of $6,000/ for uncertainties and\nadjustments.
