21)\nAgreement with Inland Empire Survey & Engineering, Inc. for Right-of-Way\nSurveying Support Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Inland Empire Survey and Engineering, Inc., for Right-of-Way\nSurveying Support Services in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 per Fiscal Year\nfor a term of three (3) years in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10%\ncontingency of $2,000.00 for unanticipated costs.
