19)\nAgreement with Top Service Plumbing Co. Inc. for Citywide Plumbing Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the Contractor Services\nAgreement for On-Call Services with Top Service Plumbing for Citywide Plumbing\nServices in an amount not to exceed $20,000 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3)\nyears in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $2,000.00 for\nunanticipated costs.
