12. Traffic Signal Improvements Project (CIP No. 21353), Federal Project No.\nHSIPL-5351(035) – Notice of Completion. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the work as completed for the Traffic Signal Improvements Project,\nHSIPL-5351(035) (CIP No. 21353), constructed by Baker Electric, Inc. and\nauthorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles\nCounty Registrar-Recorder;\n2. Award a Professional Services Agreement to continue the scope of work\nunder expired Agreement No. 21-2020, in the amount not-to-exceed\n$165,197 to FCG Consultants, Inc. for construction management and\ninspection services for the project and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n3. Transfer $80,000 from Account No. 206.70.7300.54500-21348 to Account\nNo. 206.70.7300.54500-21353; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention and all other monies due\nin accordance with the statutory waiting period upon recordation of the\nNotice of Completion.\nAgreement No. ________
