Award Request for Proposal to CPS Consulting, Koff and Associates, Inc., and Sloan Sakai Yeung &\nWong for As-Needed Classification and Compensation Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines;\n2. Award RFP #362 to CPS Consulting, Koff and Associates, Inc., and Sloan Sakai Yeung &\nWong LLP for classification and compensation services on an as-needed basis for the\nHuman Resources Department;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with CPS\nConsulting, Koff and Associates, Inc, and Sloan Sakai Yeung & Wong LLP for\nclassification and compensation services on an as-needed basis, for a total aggregate\namount for the three agreements, not to exceed $2,000,000 over a five-year period, with\nfuture year funding contingent on Council budget approval.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
