e) REPORT APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\n23-0680 WITH PEGASUS STUDIOS TO PROVIDE VIDEO\nBROADCASTING SERVICES\n(City Clerk Myra Maravilla)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Pegasus Studios to provide\nbroadcasting services for an initial one-year term of January 1, 2024 through December\n31, 2024, with an option for the City Manager to extend for two additional one-year\nperiods, at a not-to-exceed amount of $70,000 per year (Attachment 3); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the proposed\nagreement subject to approval by the City Attorney.
