f) REPORT APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT LONG-TERM AGREEMENTS\n23-0679 (Senior Recreation Supervisor Brian Sousa)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve three three-year long-term agreements with each of the following organizations\nfor the following events in 2024 through 2026:\n* Hermosa Beach Friends of the Parks for the Pets in the Park and Pumpkins in the\nPark;\n* Shakespeare by the Sea organization for the Shakespeare by the Sea; and\n* Epic Days Foundation, Inc. for the Epic Days.\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to each\nlong-term agreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney (Attachments 1-3).
