3L. Agreement with Willdan Engineering for Building and Engineering Plan Check Services [Community\nDevelopment]\n— Authorize the City Manager to enter into a professional consultant services agreement with Willdan\nEngineering (“Willdan”) to provide staff, plan check, permitting, and building inspection services for the Building\nDivision, and plan check services for the Engineering Division on an as-needed basis. The initial agreement will\nlast for two years and may be extended for three, two-year periods with consent from both parties.
