Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-130-AC with Willdan Engineering, Inc., for\na period not to exceed one (1) year in the amount of $175,000;\nb. Appropriating $100,000 from the General Fund to cover the remaining balance for Amendment\nNo. 1; and\nc. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
