Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and the Regional Integration of\nIntelligent Transportation Systems (RIITS) for the NextGen Countywide Signal\nPriority (CSP) Upgrade and Expansion and the I-105/I-405 Integrated Corridor\nManagement (ICM) Project.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the\nagreement with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation (Metro) to\nexchange infrastructure and operational resources and authorize the City\nManager or his designee to enter into and execute this agreement.
