FOR REAL ESTATE\nADVISORY SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\n(Community Development Director Carrie Tai)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed first amendment to an agreement with Kosmont & Associates,\nInc. for real estate advisory services to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $17,000,\nresulting in a total not-to-exceed amount of $47,000 (Attachment 2);\n2. Appropriate $17,000 in General Plan Maintenance Fees from the restricted fund\nbalance in the General Fund to the Planning Division; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached first\namendment, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
