(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accepted the work as completed for the Whittier Boulevard Overlay Project,\n(CIP No. 21346), STPL-5351(033); and Whittier Boulevard Landscape\nMedian Improvements Project (CIP No. 30050) constructed by C.S. Legacy\nConstruction, Inc. and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of\nCompletion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to C.S. Legacy\nConstruction, Inc. following the mandatory waiting period from the date the\nNotice of Completion is recorded.
