H. Authorize a Purchase Order for the Purchase of Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles for the Police\nand Fire Departments\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15302 (Replacement or\nReconstruction) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.\n2. Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue a purchase order with Folsom Lake Ford\nfor the purchase of forty-two Ford Interceptor Utility Vehicles for the Police and Fire\nDepartments.
