F. Award RFP No. 380 and Enter into an Agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates to Provide\nSales and Use Tax Audit and Information Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\n2. Award RFP 380 to Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates to provide sales and use tax audit\nand information services for the Finance Department.\n3.
