AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH GRANICUS FOR WEBSITE\nREDESIGN AND HOSTING SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN\nACT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a five-year agreement with\nGranicus in the amount of $465,254 for website design and annual hosting\nand maintenance services; and\nB.
