10. Award the Contract for Louie Pompei Memorial Sports Park Playground Resurfacing to Milcon\nSystems, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $81,165.09\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a CEQA Notice of Exemption; 2. Amend the 5-year CIP\nto reduce Gladstone Park Improvements by $81,165.09 and increase Louie Pompei Memorial\nSports Park Playground Resurfacing by the same amount; 3. Award the contract for Louie\nPompei Memorial Sports Park Playground Resurfacing to Milcon Systems Inc., in the amount\nnot to exceed $81,165.09; 4. Authorize the Recreation and Human Services Director to execute\nchange orders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the original contract amount; and 5.
