Approve Amendment No. 4 to a Professional Services Agreement for the Business Improvement\nDistrict's (BID) Marketing Services with Mic Mac Agency, Invoking a One-Year Extension to\nSeptember 30, 2024 in the amount of $13,200\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 4 with Mic Mac Agency extending\none-year to September 30, 2024 to provide marketing services for the Business Improvement\nDistrict (BID); and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 4\nwith Mic Mac Agency including minimal and/or non-substantive changes.
