8. RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT\nSCHEDULE (ROPS 23-24) AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL\nPERIOD FROM JULY 1, 2023 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024\nPurpose: Approve the ROPS 23-24 and administrative budget, which allows payment of\nthe former Redevelopment Agency's obligations, and forward the ROPS to the\nCountywide Oversight Board and State Department of Finance for their Approval.\nRecommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the Recognized Obligation\nPayment Schedule (ROPS 23-24) for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024;\n2) Adopt a resolution approving an administrative budget from July 1, 2023 through June\n30, 2024; and, 3) Forward ROPS 23-24 to the Countywide Oversight Board and State\nDepartment of Finance for review and approval.
